New to 20 Models Years Old

We appreciate you sharing the mentioned concerns. While we all love the older model Jeeps and have plenty of them at home in our collections, servicing the older models presents unique challenges which probably aren’t apparent to most people. We’d like to share just a little of the details.

While we are locally owned and operated with the owner on site (and have been since the beginning) we benefit our store and you the customer through multiple national affiliations.

Some of these affiliations involve management and staffing best practices. Some of the affiliations are more technical. We have a network that is available 24/7 to make certain we always are improving and implementing the things that most benefit everyone.

One nationwide reciprocating, up to 3 year / 36,000 mile, warranty agreement with thousands of shops is our warranty network where many of the repairs and services we offer are covered by a warranty across the nation (including towing and lodging reimbursement). We also offer many drivetrain replacement warranties that are honored nationwide for up to 3 years / 100,000 miles.

We invest heavily in training and equipping our store as do the other locations working with us for nationwide warranty coverage. We dive really deep into many systems and services for Jeeps which other locations do not. As a part of the agreement with the nationwide warranty system the guideline is to limit the years serviced as part of the warranty program to “New to 20 models years old”.

While we know the older models the other stores may not thus the year model limitations.

Much goes into the nationwide warranty and hopefully our customers find value in our being a part of such a strong program.

You may say “I only use my Jeep locally and will never need the nationwide warranty”. We totally understand where you are and would really, genuinely, enjoy helping you. Here is the challenge: We recruit and train a considerable of highly successful men and women. We focus our training and equipment to “New to 20 models years old” and candidly find that enough of a challenge. While we’d love to train all staff on all the cool older model Jeeps, it’s simply not a sustainable business model as there just isn’t enough volume of requests for the older models.
