The JeepGuys took my wore and abused 2007 Grand Cherokee and returned to its current wonder condition. If you have a Jeep these are the ones to see.

I have depended on the Jeep Guys to keep my Jeeps in top condition and safe- I do volunteer work in the mountains and frequently I am "off the grid". They have become like an extended part of my "Jeep family". Most Jeeps work hard- during routine maintenance they perform a thorough evaluation of the current "health" of the Jeep.

I found Jeep Guys from an internet search. I have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler X that I bought used and the off road lights were not working correctly. When I took the Jeep in, I was greeted when I walked in and all of the employees were really friendly. JB came out to look at my Jeep and then took it right into the service bay to have Scott (the technician) take a look at the wiring. He called me out to the Jeep to take a look at what I thought was a minor repair to the wiring and he took the time to explain why the current wiring was totally incorrect for the number of lights and how the previous owner had even left bare wires in the light bar. JB kept me informed of everything they were doing while they basically had to rewire the entire off road light system. They took the time to make sure I was happy and even went above and beyond to check other systems in my vehicle before returning it (ie.. fluid levels, air pressure and general vehicle condition) I have not seen customer service like that in a very long time. They even left me some Grandma's Cookies...mmmmm They appreciate their customers and I will definitely be taking my Jeep there for any future repairs. JOB WELL DONE JEEP GUYS!!!!!!

Edit - John the owner reached out. He and his guys spent a good amount of time and money trying to make things right for me, and on their own dime. My first trip didn't go well, but I am very impressed by his commitment to customer service. [Original review] Went in with death wobble and a banging noise. $2k later I left with the SAME two problems plus NEW front driveline vibrations. Driving without my front shaft for now, ugh. I never write reviews but this put a real sour taste in my mouth.
