I recently contacted Jeep Guys to get side mirrors for my new 2017 Wrangler. When I went to the main office I was greeted nicely and my information was taken and they were going to get back to me regarding mirrors. I didn't hear back for several days so I followed-up and then received a call the next day. I ordered mirrors over the phone with Jeep Guys and then picked them up the next day. The end result was great and I am very pleased with the product, but only flaw was the follow-up.

I came in knowing the problem with my 2004 Grand Cherokee was a noisy rear differential. Got a fair price quote for the labor to replace the ring and pinion gears and decided to go with it. Anthony got it apart and told me I needed a number of bearings in addition to the ring & pinion gears that I brought with me. The work took longer than I expected, but I was OK with that. He patiently showed me some of the worn parts when I picked it up. The additional bearings they installed seemed quite expensive but I can't argue with the results -- The differential is smooth and quiet now.

My choice for Auto maintenance for the past 5 years. Always satisfied.

Took my car in because it was overheating and they let me know that I needed to turn it in rather than keep investing money into fixing it.

Great service, will return in the future.
