I called several companies to have a trailer hitch installed by the following day due to an unexpected need. Add a Hitch was the only business that could accommodate me by having the hitch shipped in for installation the next day and meet my need. Great service!

Service was performed in a timely manner, was reasonably priced. Staff was courteous and fully explained their diagnosis of needed repairs. No unnecessary services were pushed or performed. The drop off area was convenient, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was even offered a ride to work after dropping off my vehicle. Will definitely return for other services on all our vehicles.

Their Jeep mechanics are very knowledgeable. They know a lot of specifics about Jeeps and that's why I'll bring mine back there.

Awesome staff, kind and respectful. As a girl (and somebody who doesn't know a whole lot about cars) I've always had to worry about being ripped off with auto work, but not here -- I feel like I can trust them. A+!
